In collaboration with the Mexican Association of Electronic Commerce Standards, AC, (AMECE) we implemented the Electronic Invoice with the Electronic Remittance or Homologated Addenda, this Digital Fiscal Voucher is added to the administrative and logistic processes, etc. As of January 1, 2010, the Electronic Invoice issued through Web Service, becomes the only means that guarantees the correct receipt of your merchandise.

The ADDENDA is an element of the electronic invoice or digital tax voucher, required by a specific client (e-invoice recipient, commonly large commercial chains), it is a structure that must have a specific content, which is the commercial data required by the commercial partner. The ADDENDA must be incorporated to the electronic invoice depending on the type of goods delivery you make with us. In Soriana there are three types of delivery:

• Reverse: this type of delivery corresponds to requests of merchandise or services based on an order published in the portal (www.soriana.com) which can be merchandise deliveries to our Distribution Centers, Branches and Super City, the suppliers that use this delivery are 1. Centralized Delivery (CEDIS)-Merchandise, General Merchandise, Perishables. 2 Direct Delivery to Store (with order)-Merchandise, General Merchandise. 3. Services and materials for Store and Store Support Office-Machinery, packaging, maintenance services, etc. Delivery to Super City format
• Consolidated: this type of delivery corresponds to requests for goods or services based on an order published in the supplier portal, which are deliveries of goods to our distribution centers, the suppliers who use this delivery are 1 Centralized Delivery (CEDIS). -2146826259
• Truck Foot/Extemporaneous: this type of delivery corresponds to requests of merchandise or services based on an order published in the suppliers' portal, these are deliveries of merchandise to our distribution centers, the suppliers that use this delivery are 1. Centralized Delivery (Cedis) made with electronic referral. 2 Direct delivery to store (without order) - groceries, general merchandise.
