SUPPLIER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Know the requirements to register as a supplier in Soriana as an individual or as a company.
INDIVIDUAL
- Legal representative’s ID
- Fiscal situation certificate (no longer than 30 days).
- Santander Bank account.
- Account statement (not older than three months).
- Company headed letter with bank details, signed by the legal representative. (Santander account number, branch and interbank CLABE).
- Canceled and updated invoice (fiscal address has to match).
- Commercial agreement (in the case of being a commercial supplier of purchases).
COMPANY
- Legal representative’s ID (both sides).
- Fiscal situation certificate (not older than 30 days).
- Santander Bank account.
- Account statement (not older than three months).
- Company headed letter with bank details signed by the legal representative. (Santander account number, Branch and Interbank CLABE).
- Canceled and updated invoice (fiscal address has to match).
- Commercial agreement (in the case of being a commercial supplier of purchases).
- Articles of Incorporation (must have consecutive numbering at the bottom of the page).
- Power of attorney (specifying the legal representative of the Company in case it is not mentioned in the Articles of Incorporation).
